Some guys hanging around in what seems to be a storage locker along Fanyu Lu south of Huaihai Xi Lu - the chalk on the left says something like "Firecracker wholesale station", and the sign on the right says "Guarantee Social Security"… whatever that means…. just a nice place to read the newspaper maybe
